Shipping Policy

All VEOS PHARMACEUTICALS is pleased to announce that we are now shipping to locations in the United States, Canada and other international locations. Charges to ship internationally are currently calculated in your "Shopping Bag" before you proceed to "Check Out". All information noted below pertains to shipments in the United States and Canada.

Standard Service:

Delivery within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date for most orders. See below for exceptions.

  • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes - please allow 6-14 business days from the order's ship date for delivery.
  • Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO - please allow 14-21 business days from the order's ship date for delivery
  • Orders destined for U.S. Territories - please allow 6-14 business days from the order's ship date for delivery.

2nd Day Service:

Delivery within 2 business days from the order's ship date. Second Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Overnight Service:

Delivery within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Place your 2nd Day Service or Overnight Service order by 12:00 PM PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to enjoy same-day shipping*. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on business days or on weekends/holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). Orders being shipped to APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes, or the U.S. Territories must be sent via standard shipping method.

Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

MBG: 90 days on initial orders and $30 restocking fee/ 30 days on auto shipments and $15 restocking fee. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased through, please follow the steps below.

  1. Please fill out Return Merchandise Form that is enclosed with your order and place inside the return package.
  2. Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
  3. Please address your return package to:

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via a traceable method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. UPS or insured Parcel Post).

If you are returning a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the Return Merchandise Form.

We apologize; return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance. Additional information can be found in the section Damaged Items. We are not responsible for loss of returned merchandise.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1.702.818.1714.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your VEOS PHARMACEUTICALS Online purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase.
